Six Fitness Fallacies that keep YOU from being fit

The fitness industry is filled with all sorts of nonsense, and I bet that 99% of people reading this article may be knee deep in it with no boots. As a trainer, I see countless people trying the same silly routine over and over again, hoping it will magically work this time because a trendy magazine or your co-worker Fatty Joe who "used to be in shape" said so. These dressed up and overexposed "rules of exercise" you are currently using need to be taken to a big farmjust like your childhood pet so they can "roam free", if you get my drift.
