Training with Philip has been a very valuable experience for me. The education that Philip has given me has helped me feel more comfortable in a gym atmosphere and achieve my goals more efficiently. I am happily married, my husband and I have two children, and we were both overweight and unhappy with ourselves. Working with Philip has changed my life in so many ways beyond the gym. At age 56 my knees and hips wore out and I quit running and walking because of the pain. Following neck surgery that had two vertebras’s replaced with bone from my hip; my life really took a set-back. I decided to hire Philip to personally train me and help me regain my strength and stamina. He taught me a far, far better way to exercise utilizing weights, balance, and strengthening the core muscles we use each day. His methods caused some self doubt about wanting to continue, but his method of coaching, pushing, pulling, and encouraging made a significant difference in my life today. Beginning with the first workout, I could not do one simple push-up. Within weeks I was doing sets of 12. I lost body fat and replaced it with muscle mass.
